Our Founder, Darshni.

Darshni is an expert visual merchandiser with two decades of experience in the retail industry. As a Visual Merchandising Educator for 8+ years, training students, aspiring VMs and retail professionals, shaping the next generation of talent in the industry.

Beyond the classroom, she actively works with leading brands executing VM strategies and conducting hands-on VM training for store teams, ensuring that visual merchandising principles are effectively implemented in real world spaces. Her deep industry knowledge combined with practical expertise, makes these workshops a rare opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned professional who understands and knows what truly works in visual merchandising.
